What is a C.H.E.K Practitioner?
The Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K) Certification was developed by Paul Chek, M.S.S., H.H.P., and N.M.T.; was founded on over 20 years of clinical experience in the studies of orthopedic rehabilitation and strength coaching. Paul’s unique approach to rehabilitative exercise serves as the foundation upon which many elite professional teams and organizations build their strength and conditioning programs.
The C.H.E.K Certification Program is designed to produce the finest and most highly trained exercise coaches and strength conditioning specialists in the world. Unlike any other certification for exercise professionals, graduates of the C.H.E.K Certification Program have proved proficiency by practical and written examination. Each practitioner must demonstrate:
- In depth understanding of advanced functional anatomy and kinesiology
- Mastery of strength training theory
