The goal of this program is help you achieve optimal health and fitness through practical nutrition and holistic lifestyle coaching. It is designed to increase vitality, decrease stress and ultimately have the body of your dreams.
In depth questionnaires are used to asses your health, stress levels, current exercise program, sleep/wake cycles, possible hormonal imbalances, gastrointestinal and major organ health, current diet, food quality and exposure to toxicities in the home and office. The program looks in detail at the underlying causes of disease and stress. You will learn how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise. You will also learn why every meal, every bout of exercise and every late night has a hormonal effect on your body.
